2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cups milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Bake until golden brown, turn and bake other side. Serve with hot frankfurters or sausages.
